        Zusammenfassende Beschreibung der Leistung: Die Bauten A und B der Kepler

        Universitätsklinikum GmbH am Med Campus III. wurden im Jahr 1985 bzw. 1987 in Betrieb genommen. Die nunmehrige Generalsanierung umfasst die Sanierung der Bettenstationen vom 2.OG bis 6.OG samt der zugehörigen Haustechnik im 7.OG. Folgende technischen Einrichtungen werden dabei erneuert:

        Haustechnik: Heizung, Klima, Lüftung, Sanitärbereiche, Wasser, Abwasser, Druckluft, Vakuum, Sauerstoff, Elektrotechnik: Niederspannungshauptverteilung (AV, SV), Beleuchtung, Fluchtwegsbeleuchtung, Lichtruf, Steuerung, LAN, Brandmeldeanlage, Zutrittssystem, Bautechnik: Böden, Zwischenwände, Kühldecken, Türen, Einrichtung. Die neuen, standardisierten Grundrisse sollen die Clusterorganisation und eine Bettenverteilung nach der Spitalsreform II. berücksichtigen.
