        Mit dem vorliegenden Beschaffungsvorhaben soll für die Auftraggeberin voraussichtlich ein dreijähriger Betriebshaftpflichtversicherungsvertrag als Rahmenvereinbarung abgeschlossen werden; dabei gilt zum einen die gesetzliche Haftpflicht der Auftraggeberin als versichert, zum anderen umfasst der Versicherungsschutz sämtliche Bedienstete und sonstige Beschäftigten der Auftraggeberin. Dieser Versicherungsschutz des vorliegenden Beschaffungsvorhabens gilt sowohl für aktive Handlungen als auch Unterlassungen. Die Versicherungssumme ist – bezogen auf Personen-, Sach- und Vermögensschäden – mit EUR 10.000.000,00 je Schadensfall begrenzt. Als mitversichert gelten jeweils das Landeskrankenhaus Feldkirch, das Landeskrankenhaus Rankweil, das Landeskrankenhaus Bregenz, das Landeskrankenhaus Hohenems, das Landeskrankenhaus Bludenz, die Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegeschule Feldkirch, die Schule für psychiatrische und Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege Rankweil, der Verein VIVIT, die Medizinprodukteaufbereitung Vorarlberg GmbH, die Clinic Service Vorarlberg GmbH und die Hospizbewegung Vorarlberg. In diesen angegebenen Einrichtungen waren im Jahr 2016 zum Stichtag 31.12.2016 in Summe 4.036 Personen beschäftigt. Darüber hinaus hat es im Jahr 2016 eine durchschnittliche Bettenbelegung von 1.091 Betten gegeben.
