         Technische und kommerzielle Abwicklung der Planung und des Neubaus des Zentrums Tummelplatz als Totalübernehmer. Die Bauausführung ist nicht durch den Auftragnehmer selbst zu erbringen, sondern sind durch den Auftragnehmer als Totalübernehmer dafür geeignete Dritte zu beauftragen. Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt die Errichtung des „Zentrum Tummelplatz“. Dieses besteht aus den Bauvorhaben: Neuerrichtung eines Bezirksalten- und Pflegeheims inklusive Tagesbetreuung und einem Familien- und Sozialzentrum für den Sozialhilfeverband Schärding sowie der eigenwirtschaftlichen Neuerrichtung von heimgebundenen Wohnungen mit zugehöriger Tiefgarage und Anbindung an das Bezirksalten- und Pflegeheim durch den Auftragnehmer.
