         Die Kälteversorgung des Universitätszentrums Althanstraße Haus 2 erfolgt über 2 Kältezentren innerhalb des Gebäudes. Aufgrund deren technischer Überalterung wurden im Zuge einer Machbarkeitsstudie Konzepte ausgearbeitet und schließlich ein Realisierungskonzept ausgewählt. Darauf aufbauend umfasst die gegenständliche Ausschreibung die zur Sanierung dieser Anlagen notwendigen Planungsleistungen (im Wesentlichen die Gewerke HKLS, Hochbau, ET, sowie MSR). Wesentlich dabei ist, dass während der gesamten Umbaumaßnahmen der durchgehende Kühlbetrieb aufrecht zu erhalten ist; darüber hinaus ist eine Leistungserhöhung für die Anlagen des ZID (insbesondere Serverraum sowie LAN-Räume) um insgesamt 150 bis 200 kW zu erreichen.
