Wichtiger Hinweis: Widerruf der Ausschreibung – Abhängigkeit Murkraftwerk Graz: Das ausgeschriebene Bauvorhaben steht im unmittelbaren Zusammenhang mit der Errichtung des Murkraftwerkes Graz durch die Energie Steiermark. Wird von der Energie Steiermark nicht bis 31.12.2016 ein Baubeschluss für das Murkraftwerk herbeigeführt, so muss diese Ausschreibung widerrufen werden. Sollte dieser Fall eintreten, ist keiner der Bieter berechtigt, aus diesem Titel heraus Schadensersatzansprüche (wie z. B. Aufwand für die Erstellung des Angebotes, Gewinnentgang etc.) gegenüber der Stadt Graz vertreten durch die Holding Graz Services oder der Energie Steiermark geltend zu machen.
